Se pueden poner como archivo adjunto en el mensaje ( sale miniatura automaticamente) o bien con la url, las dos opciones estan en iconos al postear: un clip para adjuntos y las montañitas para url externa.

Hay que poner el link que aparece en tu barra de direcciones, pero solo la parte que aparece despues del "="


Por ejemplo, el video que querias poner era este:
