Tajuru, si queres mi humilde opinion, creo que no hay nada mejor que hacer catarsis sobre una hoja (o sobre la compu), lo que tiene de bueno escribir casi sin pensar es que salen un monton de cosas de adentro que quizas no te dabas cuenta que las tenias, yo lo he hecho unas cuantas veces, y sirve para conocerse a uno mismo (o mejor dicho para re-conocerse), recuerdo que una vez no podia dormir y me puse a escribir acostado en la cama, creo que estuve unas 3 horas escribiendo, despues de eso lo guarde y no lo volvi a leer, solo porque me da terror enfrentarme a eso que escribi... pero no hay que arrepentirse de eso ya que son momentos de sinceridad unicos y son muy valisos... quizas a mi tampoco me gustaria ponerlo en un foro, pero como yo lo veo, la gente que postea aca es muy abierta, no tenes nada de que temer... es mas, deberiamos hacer todos lo mismo... que viva la catarsis!!
