<p><font face="Times New Roman" color="#000080" size="3">The Atlantis Project, which proposed the creation of a floating sea city named Oceania, began in February '93, receiving nationwide publicity from The Art Bell Show, Details Magazine, The Miami Herald, Boating Magazine, and worldwide publicity in Canada, New Zealand, Hong Kong, England, and Belgium. The project ended due to lack of interest in April of 1994.</font> </p>
<p><font face="Times New Roman" size="3">El Proyecto Atlantis, el cual propone la creación de una ciudad flotante sobre el mar llamada Oceanía, comenzó en Febrero del ´93, reciviendo amplia publicidad nacional de The Art Bell Show, Details Magazine, Boating Magazine y publicidad mundial en Canadá, Nueva Zelanda, Hong Kong, Inglaterra y Bélgica. El proyecto se terminó debido a la falta de interés en Abril de 1994.</font></p>
